The story of Helia Olives began over a century ago with our great-grandfather Alexandros on the sun-drenched hillsides of central Greece. He saw the olive tree not merely as a source of food, but as a direct connection to the land, the sun, and the people around him.
His profound belief was simple: the perfect olive is a gift from the sun — a small vessel of flavour nurtured by the earth and harvested with respect. This philosophy has been the guiding light for our family, passed down through four generations with unwavering devotion.
